摘 要:为了研究不同击发能量、不同环境温度下枪弹底火的能量释放特性,以底火输出压力作为表征量,将击针及带底火截断弹壳作为试验对象,利用枪械击发点火模拟试验装置,模拟枪械击发点火系统的装配关系和击针在不同环境温度下以不同击发能量撞击底火的工况,测试底火输出压力的各项特征参数,实现对枪弹底火能量释放特性的定量评价。建立与试验工况一致的有限元模型,利用有限元法模拟击发点火系统在室温条件中以不同能量击发底火时的输出压力,对比仿真和试验的压力响应曲线,压力启动及峰值到达趋势基本一致,压力启动时间、峰值到达时间、压力峰值等压力特征参数最大相对误差小于13%,验证了仿真模型的正确性,可以较好地模拟枪械击发点火的响应过程。击发能量越大击发点火系统输出的压力启动时间和峰值到达时间越早;环境温度越高击发点火系统输出的压力启动时间和峰值到达时间越早。In order to study the energy release characteristics of bullet primer under different firing energy and different ambient temperature,the output pressure of primer was used to characterize the energy release characteristics,and the firing pin and the truncated cartridge case with primer were taken as the test objects.The assembly relationship of the firing and ignition system and the working conditions of the firing pin hitting the primer with different firing energy at different ambient temperatures were simulated by using the gun firing and ignition process simulation test device.The characteristic parameters of the primer output pressure were tested,and the quantitative evaluation of the energy release characteristics of the bullet primer was realized.A finite element model consistent with the test conditions was established.The finite element method was used to simulate the output pressure of the firing and ignition system when firing the primer with different energy at room temperature.Compared with the pressure response curves of the simulation and test,the pressure start-up and peak arrival trends are basically the same.The maximum relative error of pressure characteristic parameters such as pressure initiation time,peak arrival time,and pressure peak is less than 13%,which verifies the correctness of the simulation model and can better simulate the response process of gun firing ignition.The larger the firing energy is,the earlier the pressure initiation time and peak arrival time of the firing ignition system output are.The higher the ambient temperature is,the earlier the pressure initiation time and peak arrival time of the firing and ignition system output are.
