摘 要:为提升组合药型罩聚能装药战斗部的侵彻威力,开展不同罩顶结构的圆筒辅助药型罩对聚能装药侵彻性能影响的研究,基于数值模拟通过正交设计和极差分析的方法得到组合药型罩聚能装药参数对侵彻性能的影响程度。结果表明:对聚能装药的侵彻体头部速度而言,其影响因素依次为罩顶结构、圆筒部分高度、装药高度和圆筒部分直径;对聚能装药的最大侵彻深度而言,其影响程度依次为罩顶结构、装药高度、圆筒部分高度和圆筒部分直径;采用平顶结构的组合药型罩聚能装药拥有最优的侵彻性能;采用外凸半球罩顶结构受结构参数的影响较小,能够使聚能装药的侵彻深度保持在一定区间。In order to enhance the penetration performance of the shaped charge with the combined liner,the influence of the cylinder auxiliary liner shaped charge with different top structure on the penetration performance is studied.Through the numerical simulation with method of orthogonal design and range analysis,the parameter of the combined liner is evaluated.The results show that the influencing factors for the tip velocity of shaped charge are the top structure,the height of the cylinder,the charge height and the diameter of the cylinder;For the maximum penetration depth of shaped charge,the influence degree is the top structure,charge height,height of the cylinder and the diameter of the cylinder;The combination of the flat-topped structure has the optimal penetration performance;The outer convex dome structure is less affected by the structural parameters,which enables the penetration depth of the shaped charge to be maintained in a certain interval.
