摘 要:对空射击精度是检验高炮武器性能优劣的重要指标,传统的双光电交汇测试方法效率较低。为解决高炮射击精度测试手段单一、数据处理繁琐以及试验成本过高等问题,提出靶机加装多目标探测雷达进行高炮射击精度测试的方法。构建了高炮对空射击精度测试方案,分析了射击精度测试系统的工作原理及数据处理方法,并根据雷达测试数据建立了高炮射击精度计算模型,分析了该测试系统的测试精度,并通过了对空射击测试试验验证。研究结果表明:该测试方法的理论测试误差较小,弹丸检出率高,能够实现高炮对空射击精度的测试。Firing accuracy is an important index to test the performance of anti-aircraft gun weapon,but the traditional dual-photoelectric intersection test method has low efficiency.In order to solve the problems of single test means,cumbersome date processing and high test cost,this paper presents a method to test the firing accuracy of anti-aircraft gun by adding multi-target detection radar to the target drone.The test scheme of anti-aircraft gun firing accuracy is constructed.The working principle and date processing method of firing accuracy test system are introduced.The firing accuracy calculation model of the anti-aircraft gun is established according to the radar test date.The test precision of the test system is analyzed and verified by air fire test.The research results show that the test method has low theoretical measuring error and high detection rate of projectile,which can meet the test requirements of the anti-aircraft gun firing accuracy.
