摘  要:真菌尤其是食药用菌,在医药、食品、农林业、生物安全以及环境保护等领域做出了重大贡献,是人类健康食品的重要来源。病虫害多发、混发是我国食用菌生产面临的主要挑战。充分认识和利用真菌自身独特的免疫机制,提高其对病虫害的抗性,是实现食用菌病虫害绿色防控的重要策略。本文综述了有关真菌免疫系统中已报道的多种免疫识别受体如NLRs蛋白、聚糖、凋亡诱导因子、淀粉样蛋白等的激活及信号传导机制,以及次级代谢产物在真菌免疫调节中的作用研究进展,以期为真菌先天免疫的进一步深入研究提供参考。fungi especially edible and medicinal mushrooms have made significant contributions in the fields of medicine,food,agriculture and forestry,biosecurity and environmental protection,which are an important source of human health food.Frequent and multiple pests and diseases is the main challenge in the production of edible mushroom in China.It is an important strategy to deeply understand and application of fungal immune mechanism to improve their resistance to pests and diseases.This article provided a comprehensive review of recent advancements in the activation and signal transduction pathways of various immune recognition receptors within the fungal immune system.It delved into essential components such as NLR proteins,polysaccharides,apoptosis-inducing factors,amyloid proteins,and highlights the significant role of secondary metabolites in modulating fungal immunity.The aim was to deepen our comprehension and stimulate further in-depth research into the mechanisms of fungal innate immunity.
