摘  要:为探索玉米芯替代杂木屑栽培珊瑚状猴头菌的最佳添加比例,设26%、46%、66%、86%四种玉米芯添加比例开展不同培养料配方栽培珊瑚状猴头菌效果比较试验。结果表明:随着玉米芯添加比例增加,珊瑚状猴头菌菌丝生长速度加快,满袋时间缩短,菌丝长势变弱,杂菌污染率升高;各配方间原基形成、子实体形成和子实体成熟时间以及子实体形态、颜色等均无显著差异,而子实体产量随玉米芯添加比例的增加显著下降;栽培效果以配方①(玉米芯26%、杂木屑60%、稻糠10%、豆粉2%、石膏粉1%、石灰粉1%)为佳,平均鲜菇产量为1086.51 g/袋,干菇产量73.30 g/袋,生物学效率135.81%。To determine the optimal proportion of corn cob as a substitute for mixed sawdust in the cultivation of Hericium coralloides,a comparative experiment was conducted using four different medium formulations with corn cob addition ratios of 26%,46%,66%,and 86%.The findings revealed that as the proportion of corn cob increased,the average daily growth rate of mycelium accelerated,the time for mycelium to grow full of cultivation bag was reduced,yet the overall mycelial growth became less robust,and the contamination rate by miscellaneous bacteria in the bags increased.There were no significant differences in formation primordium,fruiting body,fruiting body maturity time,as well as fruiting body shape and color among the different formulations.However,with the increase of the proportion of corn cob,there were significant differences in fruiting body yield,and the yield decreased obviously.From a comprehensive perspective,the optimal cultivation outcome was formulation①,which comprises 26%corn cob,60%mixed sawdust,10%rice bran,2%soybean flour,1%gypsum powder,and 1%lime powder,which yielded an average fresh mushroom weight of 1086.51 g/bag,a dry weight of 73.30 g/bag,and a biological efficiency of 135.81%.
