摘　　要：目的评价并总结左心室辅助装置植入患者出院计划的相关证据。方法系统检索国内外指南及学会网站、中英文数据库,经过筛选,对纳入的文献进行质量严格评价并提取证据。结果共纳入文献12篇,包括临床决策3篇、指南3篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结2篇、系统评价1篇。共提取证据20条,归纳为评估、人员准备、教育培训、环境准备及随访5个方面。结论医护人员可根据本研究总结的左心室辅助装置植入患者出院计划最佳证据,结合临床实际情况制订出院计划,以提高患者及照顾者出院准备度,保障患者出院后的安全及生活质量。Objective To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of discharge planning among patients with left ventricular assist device(LVAD)implantation.Methods Systematically search domestic and international guidelines networks,websites of academic societies,and Chinese and English databases,and after screening,the quality of the included literature was critically evaluated and evidence was extracted.Results A total of 12 articles were included,including 3 clinical decisions,3 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,2 evidence summaries and 1 systematic review.A total of 20 pieces of evidence were extracted,which were summarized into 5 aspects:assessment,staff preparation,education and training,environmental preparation,and follow-up.Conclusion Clinical practitioners can develop specific discharge plans based on the best evidence for discharge planning for patients with LVAD implantation summarized in this study,taking into account the actual clinical situation,in order to improve the readiness for discharge of patients and caregivers,and to ensure the safety and quality of life of patients after the discharge.
