摘　　要：从出血性卒中患者早期活动定义、安全活动方案和安全评估3个方面对国内外研究现状及进展进行综述,旨在为出血性卒中患者正确制订诊疗护理计划、保障临床护理实践的安全实施提供参考。This paper reviews the current status and advancements in the definition of early ambulation,safe ambulation programs,and safety assessment for hemorrhagic stroke patients both domestically and internationally,aims to provide a reference for the correct formulation of diagnostic and treatment nursing plans and to ensure the safe implementation of clinical nursing practices.
