摘　　要：“红色娘子军”是中国革命的一支重要力量,也是女性革命的典范,其“女性革命者”形象所具有的精神内涵对高职商科专业学生具有重要的思想政治教育价值。高职院校思想政治教育工作者,尤其是负责管理和教育以商科专业学生为主的一线辅导员,应主动将红色文化经典学习教育和体育、美育相结合,将学习党史知识和说家乡红色文化经典相结合,将红色文化经典学习和主题教育考察实践相结合,引领大学生健康成长。The classic of red culture,the"Red Detachment of Women,"is an important part of China's revolutionary history and a model of women's revolution.The spiritual connotation contained in its image of"female revolutionaries"has important ideological and political education value for vocational and business students.Vocational college ideological and political education workers,especially frontline counselors responsible for managing and educating students majoring in business,should actively combine the study and education of red cultural classics with sports and aesthetic education,combine the study of Party history knowledge with the study of hometown red cultural classics,and combine the study of red cultural classics with theme education and practical investigation,leading college students to grow up healthily.
