摘  要:借助大数据技术,以信息流的形式开展辅助决策是满足指挥决策中关键信息需求行之有效的手段。气象水文保障亟需将关键信息流作为重要支撑手段,对气象水文辅助决策服务架构进行探索设计。在分析气象水文决策内容和特点的基础上,提出基于跨网系传输的关键信息流支撑指挥员关键信息需求,以提高气象水文辅助决策的质量和效率,并且结合实际情况开展了气象水文辅助决策服务架构的初步设计,以新的架构支撑信息网络和业务体系建设,提高气象水文辅助决策服务水平。By leveraging big data technology and conducting assisted decision-making in the form of information flow,it is an effective means to meet the key information needs in command decision-making.The meteorological and hydrological assurance urgently needs to take key information flow as an important supporting method and explore the design of the service architecture for meteorological and hydrological assistant decision-making.Based on the analysis of the content and characteristics of meteorological and hydrological decision-making,this paper proposes to support commander′s key information needs based on cross-network transmission of key information flows,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of meteorological and hydrological assistant decision-making.Combining with the actual situation,a preliminary design of the service architecture for meteorological and hydrological assistant decision-making is conducted,which supports the construction of the information network and business system with the new architecture and improves the level of meteorological and hydrological assistant decision-making services.
