清初准噶尔与内地的经济活动及其当代价值阐释——以《清实录·圣祖仁皇帝实录》史料为中心

摘　　要：自古以来,西北边疆地区就与内地保持着密切的经济文化交往,形成了文化上兼收并蓄、经济上互相依赖、情感上互相亲近的关系,清初准噶尔地方政权时期,西北边疆地区与内地依然存在着大量的经济交往。通过对《清实录·圣祖仁皇帝实录》所记载的贸易关系的梳理,发现噶尔丹执政前期准噶尔与清王朝之间的贸易活动有很大发展,各民族之间仍旧保持着广泛的交往。对清初准噶尔与内地的经济活动的研究可以带来更多启示:一部中国史,就是各民族交融汇聚成多元一体的中华民族的历史;中华各民族的交往交流交融从未中断,随着各民族共同性的不断增多,统一多民族国家的形成具有了历史必然性;新时代中华民族共同体建设,必须推动各民族之间的广泛交往、全面交流、深度交融。Since ancient times,the northwestern frontier regions have maintained close economic and cultural exchanges with the inland areas,forming relationships characterized by cultural inclusiveness,economic interdependence,and emotional closeness.During the period of the Dzungar local regime in the early Qing Dynasty,significant economic exchanges continued between the northwestern frontier regions and the inland.An examination of the trade relations recorded in the Veritable Re-cords of Emperor Shengzu of Qing reveals that during the early period of Galdan’s reign,trade activities between the Dzungar and the Qing Dynasty developed significantly,and extensive exchanges among various ethnic groups continued.Studying the economic activities between the Dzungar and the inland regions provides further insights:China’s history is one of various eth-nic groups merging and converging into a diverse yet unified Chinese nation.The exchanges,interactions,and integration among Chinese ethnic groups have never ceased.With increasing commonalities among these groups,the formation of a unified multi-ethnic country has become a historical inevitability.In the new era,building the Chinese national community necessitates promoting extensive exchanges,comprehensive interactions,and deep integration among all ethnic groups.
