摘　　要：综合考虑影响水资源安全的自然因素及社会因素,从城市水资源条件、社会协调能力、经济协调能力、生态环境协调能力4个维度选取19个指标建立水资源安全评价指标体系。利用投影寻踪法对银川市水资源安全状况进行评价,分析随着社会经济调控策略的实施,不同指标对区域水资源安全贡献度的变化规律。结果表明:2014—2021年水资源安全等级整体呈上升趋势;研究期内社会经济调控相关指标对水资源安全的贡献度持续上升,表明社会经济调控策略的实施提升了水资源安全度,减弱了水资源刚性约束作用;自2017年起农业用水相关指标逐渐成为银川市水资源安全的关键影响因素;节水器具普及率、工业废水排放达标率、城市饮用水水质达标率的贡献度一直为0,说明这些指标代表的领域对于提升水资源安全度已经没有发展空间。Taking into account the natural and social factors that affect water resources security,a water resources security rating index sys⁃tem was established by selecting 19 indicators from four dimensions of urban water resources conditions,social coordination ability,economic coordination ability and ecological environment coordination ability.The projection pursuit method was used to evaluate the water resources security status of Yinchuan City and analyze the changes in the contribution of different indicators to regional water resources security with the implementation of social and economic regulation strategies.The results indicate that the overall water resources security level shows an up⁃ward trend from 2014 to 2021.During the research period,the contribution of socio⁃economic regulation indicators to water resources security continues to increase,indicating that the implementation of socio⁃economic regulation measures improves water resources security and weak⁃ens the rigid constraint of water resources.Since 2017,agricultural water use related indicators gradually become a key influencing factor for water resources security in Yinchuan City.The contribution of the popularization rate of water⁃saving appliances,the compliance rate of in⁃dustrial wastewater discharge and the compliance rate of urban drinking water quality is 0,indicating that the areas represented by these indi⁃cators have no room for development in improving water resources security.
