摘  要:针对汽车发电机支架结构特点及品质要求高等问题,运用PQ2图优化电机支架压铸模设计,应用UG、FLOW-3D软件进行有限元模型的建立、模拟分析,预测铸件内部出现气孔、缩孔缺陷问题,优化发电机支架压铸成型工艺。通过对模具设计及压铸工艺的优化,进行生产并对生产的发电机支架铸件进行X射线探伤检测及精加工。结果表明,通过PQ2图优化模具设计及FLOW-3D优化压铸成型工艺,有效预防了发电机支架压铸成型缺陷产生,提升了铸件品质的同时又缩短了产品开发生产周期。In response to the structural characteristics and high quality requirements of the automobile generator bracket,PQ2 diagram is used to optimize the design of the motor bracket die-casting die.UG and LOW-3D software are used to establish and simulate finite element models,predict the occurrence of porosity and shrinkage defects inside the casting,and optimize the die-casting process of the generator bracket.By optimizing the mold design and die-casting process,production is carried out and the generator bracket castings produced are subjected to X-ray inspection and precision machining.The results showed that by optimizing the die design through PQ2 diagram and the die-casting molding process through LOW-3D optimization,the occurrence of defects in the die-casting molding of the generator bracket was effectively prevented,and the quality of the castings was improved while shortening the product development and production cycle.
