摘 要:针对数控铣削L形钣金类小产品批量加工出现的装夹时间长、尺寸一致性差、加工效率低等问题,对该类产品工装夹具开展了研究。首先,针对产品以及装夹方式进行了分析,选取合适批量生产的多工位复合装夹工艺。其次,对L形钣金类小产品数控铣削夹具进行了优化设计研究,采用多工位弹簧单螺纹复合装夹方式,通过弹簧弹力来实现产品自动夹紧,既保证了铣削时所需的夹持力,又实现了加工过程中的简单装夹,从而提高了产品的尺寸精度,产品尺寸一致性高,同时还缩短了工件换装时间,提高了加工效率。In response to the problems of long clamping time,poor dimensional consistency,and low processing efficiency in batch processing of L-shaped sheet metal small products in CNC milling,research was conducted on the tooling fixtures of this type of product.Firstly,an analysis was conducted on the product and clamping method,and a suitable multi station composite clamping process for mass production was selected.Secondly,optimization design research was conducted on the CNC milling fixture for L-shaped sheet metal small products.The multi station spring single thread composite clamping method was adopted,and the automatic clamping of the product was achieved through spring elasticity.This not only ensures the required clamping force during milling,but also achieves simple clamping during the processing,thereby improving the dimensional accuracy of the product,achieving high dimensional consistency,and shortening the workpiece replacement time,improving processing efficiency.
