摘 要:PEEK(聚醚醚酮)是一种高性能的工程塑料,具有高强度、高模量和优异的耐热性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和冲击强度,其优良性能使其在航空航天、汽车制造等领域得到了广泛应用。从PEEK的基本结构入手,阐述了PEEK的注塑成型工艺。重点介绍了PEEK注塑成型过程中,熔融温度、注射速度、保压时间及冷却速度对产品性能的影响。并通过实验得出较低的熔融温度有利于降低流动应力;适中的注射速度能保证制品的成型质量;适当延长保压时间和降低冷却速度能有效地提高制品的综合性能等结论。PEEK(polyetheretherketone)is a high-performance engineering plastic with high strength,high modulus,excellent heat resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and impact strength.Its excellent performance has made it widely used in fields such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing.This study starts with the basic structure of PEEK and explains the injection molding process of PEEK.The focus is on introducing the effects of melting temperature,injection speed,holding time,and cooling speed on product performance during PEEK injection molding process.And the conclusion drawn from the experiment is that a lower melting temperature is beneficial for reducing flow stress;Moderate injection speed can ensure the molding quality of the product;Properly extending the holding time and reducing the cooling rate can effectively improve the overall performance of the product.
