摘 要:本研究针对电力变压器线圈精密制造中的精度不足、效率低、成本高等问题,探讨了机械自动化技术的应用策略。通过引入高精度自动化设备、优化生产流程与资源配置,以及建立全面的设备维护和技术支持体系,有效提升了线圈制造的精确性和一致性。自动化流水线和智能搬运设备缩短了工序间的等待时间,提高了生产效率,实时监控系统降低了能耗与损耗成本。This study explores the application strategies of mechanical automation technology to address the issues of insufficient accuracy,low efficiency,and high cost in precision manufacturing of power transformer coils.By introducing high-precision automation equipment,optimizing production processes and resource allocation,and establishing a comprehensive equipment maintenance and technical support system,the accuracy and consistency of coil manufacturing have been effectively improved.Automated assembly lines and intelligent handling equipment have shortened waiting times between processes,improved production efficiency,and real-time monitoring systems have reduced energy consumption and loss costs.
