摘　　要：随着老龄社会的到来,人工护理资源将出现严重短缺,势必造成失能老人生活质量下降,以科技创新助力智慧养老,是解决老人护理难题的关键。随着人民日益增长的美好生活需要与人文关怀的深入,智慧医疗与居家医疗相结合方式将成为必然,对护理床的要求不仅是简单的起背、翻身、曲腿要求,而是需要具有洗澡、擦拭、烘干、按摩、康复、接便等附加功能的高智能护理床,基于目前护理床的发展状况,对护理床结构与功能设计进行概述与分析,并对今后高智能护理床发展与应用进行展望。With the arrival of an aging society,there will be a serious shortage of artificial nursing resources,which will inevitably lead to a decline in the quality of life of the disabled elderly.The key to solving the problem of elderly care is to support intelligent elderly care with technological innovation.With the people's growing need for a better life and the deepening of humanistic care,the combination of smart medicine and home based medicine will become inevitable.The requirements for nursing beds are not only simple requirements for back lifting,turning over and leg bending,but also high intelligent nursing beds with additional functions such as bathing,wiping,drying,massage,rehabilitation and defecation.Based on the current development of nursing beds,The structure and function design of nursing bed were summarized and analyzed,and the development and application of high intelligence nursing bed in the future were prospected.
