摘　　要：该复合模是国家某重点工程项目,弹射座椅中的一个零件“托架”工序加工时一个模具。原模具按俄罗斯所提供的工艺规程和工装图纸制造出来的,使用该模具来进行该工序切边冲孔的加工。实践证明俄罗斯的工艺加工方法和模具是根本不能进行该工序切边冲孔加工的。根据工艺部门的工艺调整方案,又在总结俄罗斯经验的基础上才设计和制造出现在的悬挂立式的复合模的结构,并已获得成功。This composite die is a key national engineering project,and a die is used for the processing of a component"bracket"in the ejection seat.The original die was manufactured according to the process specifications and fixture drawings provided by Russia,and this die was used for the edge cutting and punching processing of this process.Practice has proved that Russia's process processing methods and die cannot perform edge cutting and punching processing in this process.Based on the process adjustment plan of the process department and the summary of Russian experience,the structure of the suspended vertical composite die was designed and manufactured,and has been successful.
