摘  要:为了提高矿井机电运输设备的效率和可靠性,通过研究DTII型固定带式输送机和SGZ系列刮板输送机的适应性情况及对比实验,总结其结构和使用优缺点。研究发现,DTII型固定带式输送机与SGZ系列刮板输送机能满足煤炭高产量的运输需求,但空间占用较大。最终提出DTII型固定带式输送机的输送距离及化SGZ系列刮板输送机设备的设计和布局等。通过上述技术性改革,更新优化矿井机电运输设备的性能,使之更好地满足煤矿实际生产的需要。In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of mine electromechanical transportation equipment,this article studies the adaptability and comparative experiments of DTII fixed belt conveyor and SGZ series scraper conveyor,summarizes their structure and advantages and disadvantages in use.Research has found that DTII fixed belt conveyors and SGZ series scraper conveyors can meet the transportation needs of high coal production,but they occupy a large amount of space.Finally,the conveying distance of DTII fixed belt conveyor and the design and layout of SGZ series scraper conveyor equipment were proposed.Through the above-mentioned technical reforms,the performance of mine electromechanical transportation equipment will be updated and optimized to better meet the actual production needs of coal mines.
