摘 要:通过研究乘客电梯多部件状态机会维修策略的构建与优化,旨在通过对电梯关键部件的维修时机和方式进行精准把控,以减少维修频率、停机时间和维修成本,同时提升电梯系统的运行效率和安全性。通过建立劣化模型描述电梯部件性能随时间的递减变化,并引入了考虑维修效果递减性的不完全维修模型。针对电梯多部件维修的检测相关性问题,分析了检测成本与检测时间,并基于检测包容性对电梯部件进行分类,提出了基于维修效果和检测策略的多部件维修模型。该模型通过合理分组部件,制订了具有不同检测策略的维修模型,包括Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型。结果显示,多部件状态机会维修策略在经济上更为划算,尤其是在机会维修次数为1次时,系统的平均维修费用率最低。This studies the construction and optimization of maintenance strategies for multi component state opportunity in passenger elevators,aiming to reduce maintenance frequency,downtime,and costs by accurately controlling the maintenance timing and methods of key elevator components,while improving the operational efficiency and safety of the elevator system.By establishing a degradation model to describe the decreasing performance of elevator components over time,and introducing an incomplete maintenance model that considers the decreasing effectiveness of maintenance.In response to the issue of detection correlation in elevator multi-component maintenance,this paper analyzes the detection cost and time,classifies elevator components based on detection inclusiveness,and proposes a multi-component maintenance model based on maintenance effectiveness and detection strategies.This model has developed maintenance models with different detection strategies by reasonably grouping components,including TypeⅠ,TypeⅡ,and TypeⅢ.The results show that the multi-component state opportunity maintenance strategy is more cost-effective economically,especially when the opportunity maintenance frequency is once,the average maintenance cost rate of the system is the lowest.
