摘  要:焊趾是焊接构件中,母材与焊缝过渡的部位,是焊接结构上最易产生应力集中和裂缝的部位之一。在焊接过程中,焊趾处因存在温度梯度导致产生应力集中。通过研究焊趾工艺优化对压力管道对接接头残余应力的影响,指出了焊趾处理对于残余应力分布的关键因素,同时通过实验和数值模拟,分析了焊趾处理工艺参数对残余应力的影响,并提出优化方案。The weld toe is the transition point between the base metal and the weld seam in welded components,and is one of the most prone areas for stress concentration and cracking in welded structures.During the welding process,stress concentration occurs at the weld toe due to the presence of temperature gradients.By studying the effect of toe welding process optimization on residual stress in pressure pipeline butt joints,points out the key factors of toe welding treatment on residual stress distribution.At the same time,through experiments and numerical simulations,the influence of toe welding process parameters on residual stress is analyzed,and an optimization plan is proposed.
