摘　　要：海上石油平台注水泵机械密封泄漏问题是注水泵应用时遇到非常棘手的故障之一,该故障产生后泄漏量增加,从而不利于注水泵运行,最终影响生产。基于以上问题和影响描述,以优化注水泵机械密封为研究目的,结合某海上油田KHP350-150注水泵机械密封泄漏案例,总结泄漏问题基本情况、原因以及解决措施,最后提出机械密封泄漏的维护养护措施。The leakage of mechanical seals of water injection pumps on offshore oil platforms is one of the most difficult faults encountered when using water injection pumps.After the fault occurs,the leakage increases,which is not conducive to the operation of the water injection pump and ultimately affects production.Based on the above description of problems and impacts,it takes the optimization of the mechanical seals of water injection pumps as the research purpose.Combined with the leakage case of the mechanical seal of a KHP350-150 water injection pump in an offshore oil field,the basic situation,causes and solutions of the leakage problem are summarized,and finally maintenance measures for mechanical seal leakage are proposed.
