摘  要:目的:调查出院患者对“互联网+护理服务”的满意度并探讨其影响因素,为护理服务水平持续提升提供参考。方法:采用“互联网+护理服务”满意度调查表,面对面现场调研212名患者。应用SPSS26.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:212名出院患者对“互联网+护理服务”满意度评分为94.21分;满意度最高的维度为健康教育、其次为专业技术,最低的为服务价格、其次为护士对患者的病情观察程度;照护者的文化程度、接受的服务项目种类是患者护理服务满意度的影响因素。结论:患者对“互联网+护理服务”满意度总体评价较高,但在服务价格、护士对患者的病情关心程度、护士让患者亲戚或者朋友放心的程度方面仍有待改善。在“互联网+护理服务”实施中,应关注不同服务项目对“互联网+护理服务”的影响,逐步提高患者的服务体验。Objective:To investigate the current situation of discharged patients'satisfaction with Internet+nursing service and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the continuous improvement of nursing service level.Methods:We developed questionnaires based on references,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 212 patients according to the fifth National Third-Party Evaluation of Healthcare Improvement Initiatives.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:The satisfaction score of Internet+nursing service among 212 patients was 94.21.The highest satisfaction dimension was health education,followed by professional technology,the lowest was service price,followed by nurses'observation of patients'condition.The educational level of caregivers and the types of service items accepted were the influencing factors of patients'satisfaction with nursing service.Conclusions:The overall evaluation of patients'satisfaction with Internet+nursing service is at a high level,but there are still some areas to be improved in service price,nurses'concern for patients'condition,and nurses'degree of reassurance to patients'relatives or friends.In the implementation of Internet+nursing service,we should pay attention to the impact of different service items on Internet+nursing service,and gradually improve the service experience of patients.
