小剂量巴瑞替尼治疗成年重度斑秃患者1例

摘　　要：患者女,28岁,脱发1年余,查体见头发几乎全部脱落,四肢部分体毛脱落,诊断为弥漫型斑秃。连续口服泼尼松片20mg/日,外用2%米诺地尔酊涂抹头皮治疗连续3个月后仅50%面积的头皮恢复毛发生长。后改为口服巴瑞替尼2mg/次,日1次,连续治疗3个月后患者全头皮恢复毛发生长,治疗6个月时复诊,可见头发生长茂密,已达到满意的临床治疗效果,治疗过程中未见药物不良反应。The patient is a 28 year old female with hair loss over one year.Physical examination shows that almost her hair has fallen off,and some of the body hair on the limbs has fallen off either.The diagnosis was diffuse alopecia areata.Continuous oral prednisone tablets 20mg/day,topical application of 2%minoxidil tincture on the scalp to treat,after 3 months only 50%of the scalp area recovered hair growth.Later,the patient changed to oral Baretinib 2mg/time,once a day.After continuous treatment for 3 months,the patient's total scalp regained hair growth.After 6 months of treatment,when the patient follow-up visits showed dense hair growth.The clinical treatment effect is very satisfactory.No adverse drug reactions were observed during the treatment process.
