摘  要:本文提出了一种基于音叉振动的液体黏滞系数测量方法。在音叉臂底端固定振片,振片浸入测量液体中,利用电磁驱动,音叉带动振片在液体中作一维往复运动,通过测量液体黏性剪切力对振动特性的影响,来实现液体黏滞系数的测量。本文通过实验数据验证了该方法的正确性,分析了测量误差的主要来源——密度测量和共振频率漂移;加入温控装置,可以实现不同温度下液体黏滞系数的测量。该方案不仅可以加深学生对流体黏滞性及振动原理的理解,也为实验室测量液体黏滞系数提供了新方案。A method for measuring the viscosity coefficient of liquids based on the vibration of a tuning fork is proposed.A vibrating plate is fixed at the bottom of the tuning fork arm,and the plate is immersed in the liquid to be measured.By using electromagnetic driving,the tuning fork drives the vibrating plate to make one-dimensional reciprocating motion in the liquid.The measurement of liquid viscosity coefficient is realized by measuring the influence of liquid viscous shear force on vibration characteristics.The correctness of the method is verified by experimental data,and the main sources of measurement errors including density measurement and resonance frequency drift are analyzed.By adding a temperature control device,the measurement of liquid viscosity coefficient at different temperatures can be realized.The device can not only deepen studentsunderstanding of fluid viscosity and vibration principles,but also provide a new solution for measuring liquid viscosity coefficient in laboratory.
