“中文”名称演变与国际中文教育的多元一体性

摘　　要：国际中文教育这一名称使用以来,学界围绕它的内涵和外延、学科和事业有过一些讨论。但作为这一名称核心概念的“中文”称说方式的多样性及其对国际中文教育的影响,目前尚未看到深入的分析。从古今演绎的时间向度和中外交融的空间向度,追溯“中文”称说的错综内涵和演变历史,可以看到这些不同名称的形成、发展和沿革的种种因素,而多样称说方式的同时存在,则敞显了“中文”称说方式和世界各地中文教育多元一体的基本特征。为顺应这一基本特征,建议界内共同努力,完善多元一体的国际中文教育架构,把国际中文教育界定为“中文作为一门世界语言教育”,以有效涵括全世界中文教育的丰富形态,促进国际中文传承与传播、域内与域外协调发展,让美丽的“中文”早日真正走向世界。Since the term‘International Chinese Language Education'was coined,there have been discussions in academic circles regarding its connotation,denotation,disciplines,and undertakings.However,there has been no in-depth analysis of the diversity of the term‘Chinese’and its impact on international Chinese language education.From both temporal and spatial dimensions,tracing the intricate connotations and evolutionary history of‘Chinese’appellations reveals various factors in the formation,development,and evolution of these terms.The coexistence of various appellations highlights the basic characteristics of diversity within unity in Chinese language education worldwide.To align with this feature,it is recommended that we work together to improve the multi-integrated international Chinese language education structure,while defining international Chinese language education as‘Chinese as a world language education’to effectively encompass the rich forms of Chinese language education globally.By promoting the inheritance and communication of Chinese,and its coordinated development within and outside China,the beautiful"Chinese"can truly reach the world as soon as possible.
