摘　　要：国内外市场正逐步禁止使用塑料食品包装,天然环保、无毒无害的食品包装纸越来越受到青。在食品包装纸的生产和销售环节中,卫生性是影响食品安全的重要因素。纸质包装材料中常见的有害残留污染物主要是重金属及其化合物、荧光增白剂、病原微生物、有机挥发性溶剂类物质、增塑剂、有机氯化合物等,国家新法规对这些污染物提出了更加严格的限制。本色化的食品包装纸正在被消费者所接受,生产本色食品包装纸更有利于健康,还减少了食品包装纸生产的漂白工段,有利于节约水资源。采用一定配比的针叶木浆、竹浆作为原料,在混合浆槽中加入一定比例的氟类防油剂、新型甲壳素杀菌剂,压力筛中在线加入阳离子分散松香胶,在纸机大缸上添加改性非离子型高分子蜡,最后经可控中高软压光辊压光,生产的食品包装纸能满足高光泽度、防油性能及抗菌性能的要求。近年我国造纸行业已建成多个大规模的食品包装纸生产线。Plastic food packaging is gradually prohibited in the domestic and foreign markets.Natural,environmentally friendly,nontoxic and harmless food packaging paper is becoming more and more popular.In the production and sales of food packaging paper,hygiene is an important factor affecting food safety.The common harmful residual pollutants in paper packaging materials are mainly heavy metals and their compounds,fluorescent whitening agents,pathogenic microorganisms,organic volatile solvents,plasticizers,organo-chlorine compounds,etc.The new national regulations put forward more stringent restrictions on these pollutants.Indigenous food packaging paper is being accepted by consumers.The production of native food packaging paper is more conducive to health,and also reduces the bleaching section of food packaging paper production,which is conducive to saving water resources.A certain proportion of softwood pulp and bamboo pulp were used as raw materials.A certain proportion of fluorine oil repellent and new chitin fungicide were added to the mixed slurry tank.Cationic dispersed rosin gum was added online in the pressure sieve.Modified non-ionic polymer wax was added to the cylinder of paper machine.Finally,the food packaging paper was pressed by controllable medium and high soft calender roll.The food packaging paper can meet the requirements of high gloss,oil resistance and antibacterial properties.In recent years China's paper industry has built a number of large-scale food packaging paper production lines.
