摘 要:本论文利用碱性亚硫酸盐-尿素-氧化锌水溶液在中温条件下处理麦秆以考察该体系对麦秆化学机械浆制浆性能的影响规律,通过单因素试验探究最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在用碱量(亚硫酸钠计,下同)5%、处理温度50℃、处理时间30min(浸渍15min,纤维浓度20%)的条件下,该体系的处理效果最佳。在上述条件下,和碱性亚硫酸盐水溶液的效果相比,碱性亚硫酸盐-尿素-氧化锌水溶液对纤维化学组分的脱除率增加,磨浆能耗降低,成纸白度和强度性能得到改善.In this paper,the alkaline sulfites-urea-ZnO aqueous solution was used to treat wheat straw at medium temperature to inspect the effect on Chemi-mechanical pulping property,and the single factor tests were applied to determine the optimal conditions.The results showed that the alkali dosage(calculated by Na,SO,)of 5%,treating temperature of 50 C and treating time of 30 min(soaking time of 15 min,fiber concentration of 20%)were chosen as the optimal conditions.Under above conditions,compared with those of the wheat straw treated by alkaline sulfites aqueous solution,the removal ratios of fiber chemical components during the treatment of alkaline sulfites-urea-ZnO aqueous solution were higher,the refining energy consumption was decreased and the paper white or strength properties were modified.
