摘  要:解读了电气消防相关规范和消防设施维护规程。结合工程实例进行分析,提出住宅、办公等“非人员密集场所”防烟系统的70℃防火阀,无须向消防控制室反馈信号,按照消防设施维护规程,每半年对系统内的所有阀门进行一次自动和手动起动试验,以检测其动作的可靠性。结果可供同类项目参考。The relevant regulations on electrical fire protection and maintenance procedures for fire protection facilities are interpreted,and analyzed them with engineering examples.For the 70℃fire damper of smoke prevention systems in“non personnel intensive places”such as residential and office areas,there is no need to provide feedback signals to the fire control room.According to the maintenance regulations for fire protection facilities,all valves in the system should undergo automatic and manual start-up tests every six months to test their reliability of operation.The results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
