摘 要:以铁为掺杂元素,采用固态化学反应法制备了磷酸铈伪装无机颜料,研究其制备工艺和红外隐身性能,从掺杂量、反应温度、反应时间3个方面具体分析对反应产物颜色的影响。结果表明,在3个影响因素中,掺杂剂的影响最大,反应温度次之,反应时间影响最小。对反应物试样分别进行表观分析、XRD、粒度测试和红外发射率测试,实验结果表明,掺Fe后磷酸铈为茶色无规则块状固体,单斜晶系;磷酸铈颗粒平均粒径在6~7μm;红外发射率较低,掺Fe后的磷酸铈作为红外隐身颜料在重要设施建筑、武器装备和器材的伪装保护上有广阔的应用前景和意义。Cerium phosphate camouflage inorganic pigment was prepared by solid state chemical reaction method with iron as doping element,and its preparation process and infrared stealth performance were studied.The influence of doping amount,reaction temperature and reaction time on the color of the reaction product was analyzed in detail.The results showed that among the three influencing factors,dopant had the greatest influence,followed by reaction temperature and reaction time.The apparent analysis,XRD,particle size test and infrared emissivity test of the reactant samples were carried out respectively.The experimental results show that cerium phosphate is a brown random bulk solid with monoclinic crystal system after Fe addition.The average particle size of cerium phosphate is between 6 and 7μm.With low infrared emissivity,Fe-doped cerium phosphate as an infrared stealth pigment has broad application prospects and significance in the camouflage protection of important facilities,weapons and equipment.
