摘 要:用改性的低黏度环氧树脂与快干乳液型环氧固化剂,成功制备出一种具备零VOC(小于0.3 g/L)、超高固含量(体积固含量>70%)、快速干燥固化、极高拉拔附着力及出色防腐性能的水性环氧富锌涂料。通过一系列实验,深入探讨了不同环氧树脂和固化剂、活泼氢与环氧基团的化学计量比、添加导电云母粉以及不同防沉体系对涂料性能的影响。实验结果表明,特定的原料选择与配比能够显著提升涂料的综合性能。In this study,specially modified low-viscosity epoxy resins and fast-drying emulsion-type epoxy curing agents were meticulously selected to successfully prepare waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coatings with zero VOC(less than 0.3 g/L),ultrahigh solid content(volume solid higher than 70%),fast drying and curing,extremely high pull-off adhesion,and excellent anti-corrosion performance.Through a series of experiments,the effects of different epoxy resins and curing agents,the stoichiometric ratio of active hydrogen to epoxy groups,the addition of conductive mica powder,and different anti-settling systems on the performance of the coatings were deeply explored.The experimental results indicate that specific raw material selection and proportioning can significantly enhance the comprehensive performance of the coatings.
