摘　　要：以改性羟基丙烯酸树脂和聚六亚甲基二异氰酸酯固化剂为成膜物质,通过调整固化剂配比,改善涂膜机械性能和耐化学品性,优选附着力促进剂,制备一种在固化地坪、金刚砂地坪、瓷砖、玻璃等未经打磨的光滑基材上有优异附着力的标线涂料,该标线涂料综合聚氨基甲酸酯、聚脲的优点,可广泛用于上述基材的标线标识涂装,具有极高的经济效益。Marking coatings with excellent adhesion on unground smooth substrates such as cured floors,diamond grit floors,ceramic tiles,and glass were developed with modified hydroxy acrylic resin and hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent as filmforming substances by adjusting the curing agent ratio,improving the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of the coatings film and optimizing the adhesion promoter.The marking coatings combining the advantages of polyurethane and polyurea can be widely painted on the above substrates for marking and identification with significant economic benefits.
