抗厚涂针孔型粉末涂料用羟烷基酰胺固化剂的应用研究

摘　　要：采用特殊制备的低官能度羟烷基酰胺固化剂,在保证流平性能的前提下,重点研究其在不同固化温度下的抗厚涂针孔能力,最终结果表明,本羟烷基酰胺固化剂产品具有优良的抗厚涂针孔性能和综合性能,可以弥补固化剂HAA在厚涂针孔方面的缺陷,可以代替固化剂HAA在粉末涂料厚涂领域中使用。A specially prepared low functionality hydroxyalkylamide curing agent was used to study its ability to resist thick coating pinholes at different curing temperatures while ensuring leveling performance.The final results show that this hydroxyalkylamide curing agent product has excellent thick coating pinhole resistance and comprehensive performance,which can compensate for the defects of HAA curing agent in thick coating pinholes.It can replace HAA curing agent for use in the thick coating field of powder coatings.
