摘 要:采用拉开法对舰载电子装备上常用的Q235钢和5052防锈铝表面的底漆涂膜的附着力进行拉开法定量测试,对同种基材的不同表面处理方式对同种底漆涂膜附着力的影响进行比较,同时也对比了4种底漆在相同基材和表面处理时的附着力差异。通过拉开后的截面图和底漆本身的特性解释了附着力差异的原因,给出了Q235钢和5052防锈铝表面不同表面处理方式时的底漆选用建议。In this paper,the adhesion of Q235 steel and 5052 anti-rust aluminum surface coatings film used in shipborne electronic equipment was tested by pull-out method.The different surface treatments of the same kind of substrate were tested.Coatings film adhesion was compared,and the four primers in the same substrate and surface treatment were also compared for adhesion difference.The reason of the difference in adhesion is explained by the characteristics of the cross-section and the characteristics of the primer itself.The recommendations of the primer for the different surface treatments of Q235 steel and 5052 rust-proof aluminum surfaces are given.
