摘 要:为满足导热尼龙既要实现阻燃增强又要保持力学性能的需求,鉴于天然水镁石粉是当前备受关注的清洁阻燃剂,研究制备了微纳化的活性水镁石在尼龙6(PA6)复合基材中的性能表现。通过精密机械研磨法和二次分级的方式制得微纳活性水镁石,运用扫描电子显微镜和粒度分析仪对各类活性水镁石的微观尺寸进行了检测,并采用极限氧指数仪、水平垂直燃烧测试仪、熔体流动速率仪、万能力学试验机等对添加了活性水镁石粉体的PA6复合基材的燃烧性能、加工性能、综合力学性能等指标进行了研究。结果表明:随着活性水镁石粉体的粒度下降,该粉体获得大的比表面积以及在基体中具有更佳的分散性,阻燃效果、抗滴落性和加工流动性更佳,综合力学性能存在较好的提升;随着活性水镁石粒径的降低,材料的热变形温度逐渐上升。To satisfy the request for achieving both flame retardant enhancement and mechanical properties maintenance of thermal conductive nylon,the performances of micro-nanoscale modified natural brucite in nylon 6(PA6)composite substrates have been studied,since natural brucite is a highly concerned cleaning flame retardant reagent at present.Micro-nanoscale natural brucite was prepared by precision mechanical grinding and secondary grading,the microscopic size of various types of active brucite was detected by scanning electron microscopy and particle size analyzer,and the combustion performance,processing performance,comprehensive mechanical properties and other indicators of PA6 composite substrates with added active brucite powder were studied using limiting oxygen index meter,horizontal and vertical combustion tester,melt flow indexer,universal mechanical testing machine,etc.The results show that the powder obtains a larger specific surface area and better dispersibility in the matrix with the decrease of modified natural brucite particle size,resulting in better flame retardancy,anti-dripping properties,and processing flowability.The comprehensive mechanical properties are significantly improved as well.Moreover,thermal deformation temperature is gradually increased with the particle size of natural brucite decreasing.
