玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯湿热条件下的外观变色研究

摘  要:研究了高温去离子水浸泡对聚丙烯树脂外观及结晶度的影响,以及其对添加不同含量相容剂与玻璃纤维的聚丙烯外观的影响。结果表明:在高温浸泡处理后,聚丙烯树脂的透明度降低,出现明显黄变。去离子水浸泡处理对聚丙烯的熔融温度影响较小,但是高温浸渍处理使聚丙烯的结晶度提高,进而导致透明度降低。引入马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯后,聚丙烯的黄度增加,抽提后色差增大;同时,少量玻璃纤维的引入也会使黄度显著增加,进一步提高玻璃纤维含量时,色差变化幅度较小。光学显微镜测试结果表明,玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯在湿热处理过程中表面浮纤增多。The effect of high-temperature deionized water immersion on appearance and crystallinity of polypropylene resin was studied,and its effect on the appearance of polypropylene adding different contents of compatibilizers and glass fibers was investigated.The results showed that after high-temperature soaking treatment,the transparency of polypropylene resin decreased and significant yellowing occurred.The effect of deionized water immersion treatment on the melting temperature of polypropylene was relatively small,but high-temperature immersion treatment increased the crystallinity of polypropylene,leading to a decrease in transparency.The introduction of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene increased the yellowness and color difference of polypropylene,and the introduction of low content of glass fiber increased the yellowness significantly,further increasing the glass fiber content,and the color difference nearly remained unchanged.The optical microscope results showed that the surface floating fibers of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene increase during the wet heat treatment process.
