摘 要:通过化学析出法制备了含有不同内给电子体的镁钛系催化剂,选用了苯甲醚和9,9-双(甲氧基甲基)芴(BMF)作为内给电子体,研究了不同的内给电子体对催化剂的性能及聚乙烯性能的影响。结果表明:内给电子体的存在可以改变催化剂Ti含量,调控催化剂形貌的规整度和粒径大小;内给电子体的加入改变了催化剂的活性,提高了聚乙烯的分子质量,并不同程度地拓宽了聚乙烯的分子质量分布;含有内给电子体的催化剂得到的树脂在拉伸性能和冲击性能方面得到了改善。复配的苯甲醚/BMF作为内给电子体的催化剂聚合活性达到879 kg/(g·h),活性较高的同时聚合动力学稳定,得到的聚乙烯表现出优异的拉伸性能和冲击性能。Mg-Ti catalysts containing different internal electron donors were prepared by the chemical precipitation method,with anisole and 9,9-bis(methoxymethyl)fluorene(BMF)selected as internal electron donors.The effects of different internal electron donors on the properties of the catalyst and polyethylene were investigated.The results show that the internal electron donors can change the Ti content of the catalyst,regulate the regularity of the catalyst morphology and particle size.The addition of internal electron donors alters the activity of the catalyst,increases the molecular weight of polyethylene and widens the molecular weight distribution to varying degrees.The tensile and impact properties of the resin obtained by the catalyst containing the internal electron donor are improved.The polymerization activity of the catalyst with the composite anisole/BMF as the internal electron donor catalyst reaches 879 kg/(g·h),and the polymerization kinetics is stable while high activity.The resulting polyethylene exhibits excellent tensile and impact properties.
