摘 要:介绍了六西格玛方法的基本理论,阐述了其统计学意义和核心内容。以六西格玛方法为研究对象,通过某款零件材料优化为例子,来执行六西格玛DMAIC中定义、测量、分析、改进、控制的五大阶段。以硅胶在塑料件上不易固化作为问题的出发点,通过应用六西格玛方法分析硅胶不易固化的原因,并采用合理的方法来进行塑料材料优化。采用六西格玛方法对优化后的塑料材料进行统计分析,确保优化后的塑料材料稳定可靠,满足产品需求,并确保产品性能及生产工艺的稳定性。Introduced the basic theory of six Sigma method,elaborated its statistical significance and core content.Taking the six Sigma method as the research object and using the optimization of a motorcycle component material as an example,the five stages of define,measure,analyze,improve,and control in six Sigma DMAIC are executed.Starting from the problem of silicone being difficult to cure on plastic parts,this paper analyzes the reasons for silicone being difficult to cure using the six Sigma method and adopts reasonable methods to optimize plastic materials.Using the six Sigma method for statistical analysis of optimized plastic materials to ensure their stability and reliability,meet product requirements,and ensure the stability of product performance and production processes.
