摘　　要：目的探讨专科化手术配合在提升全膝关节置换术效率与患者满意度中的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月在盐城市第三人民医院手术室行全膝关节置换术的72例患者为研究对象,其中2022年1月至6月36例手术患者为对照组,给予常规手术配合,7月至12月36例手术患者为观察组,给予专科化优质手术配合模式。比较两组患者的手术护理效果、手术时间、住院日、手术配合度及对手术室护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院日均低于对照组患者,手术配合度及对手术室护理满意度均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在全膝关节置换术中使用专科化、优质的手术配合方式,能显著优化患者手术指标,加快手术进展,促进术后康复,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of specialized surgical cooperation in total knee replacement surgery.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022 patients who underwent total knee replacement surgery in Yancheng Thirol People's Hospital were selected.36 patients who underwent surgery from January to June 2022 formed the control group and received routine surgical cooperation.The remaining 36 patients who underwent surgery from July to December formed the observation group and received specialized and high-quality surgical cooperation.The surgical nursing effects,surgical cooperation,and satisfaction with the operating room were compared.Results The nursing effect in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The surgical cooperation and satisfaction with the operating room in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of specialized and high-quality surgical cooperation in total knee replacement surgery can significantly optimize surgical indicators,accelerate surgical progress,promote postoperative recovery,and improve the economic and social benefits of hospitals compared to routine surgical cooperation.
