摘　　要：嵌合抗原受体T(CAR-T)细胞免疫疗法在对抗血液系统肿瘤方面展现出巨大的潜力,为肿瘤患者提供了新的治疗希望,近年来已逐渐开始被运用于临床,但相较于传统疗法,具有较高的风险和较多的毒性反应,其监测和管理也正处于经验积累阶段。该作者从毒性反应、质量控制以及护理模式3个方面阐述了CAR-T细胞免疫疗法临床应用中的护理对策及措施,提出通过加强医疗团队协作与多学科整合、构建完善的机构服务能力、提高护士专业技能培训以及强化患者教育和财政政策支持等方法,为患者提供全方位的护理保障,有助于实现健康管理的最终目标。Chimeric Antigen Receptor T(CAR⁃T)cellular immunotherapy has shown great potential in the treatment of hematologic tumors and offers new hope for cancer patients.CAR⁃T cellular immunotherapy has gradually been applied into clinical practice in recent years.However,compared to traditional therapies,CAR⁃T cell therapy poses higher risks and a great incidence of toxic reactions.The monitoring and management of these reactions are still in the experiential accumulation phase.This review describes nursing strategies and measure for the clinical application of CAR⁃T cell immunotherapy from three aspects:toxic reactions,quality control,and nursing models.By strengthening collaboration among medical teams and multidisciplinary integration,building perfect institutional service capabilities,enhancing professional skills training for nurses,and fostering education and financial policy support for patients,comprehensive care can be provided for CAR⁃T cell immunotherapy patients,helps to achieve the ultimate goal of health management.
