摘 要:目的:了解某机务段职工人群的肥胖现状,探究该人群肥胖的影响因素,为探索企业职工健康管理的可行性方案提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面研究方法,结合某机务段职工这一群体的特殊性,运用卡方检验与多因素Logistic回归方法,我们按照统一标准对体检资料及生活方式调查数据进行了相关信息的提取,并进行了统计描述性分析。结果:2023年某机务段职工的肥胖率为22.5%,29岁及以下职工的肥胖率为21.3%,30~39岁职工的肥胖率为26.4%,40~49岁职工的肥胖率为24.6%,50岁及以上职工的肥胖率为19.1%。肥胖与血脂异常、高血糖、高血压发生的风险大之间存在关联(均P<0.05)。年龄大、每次锻炼时间1 h以上是肥胖的保护因素,患慢性病、有家族史、吸烟、周均饮酒次数多是肥胖的危险因素。结论:铁路职工的肥胖情况不容乐观,应加强职工的健康管理工作,倡导健康生活方式,提高机务段职工健康水平。Objective:To understand the current status of obesity in railway maintenance section staff,to explore the factors affecting obesity in this population,and to provide scientific basis for exploring the feasible program of enterprise employee health management.Methods:Based on cross-sectional study,combined with the particularity of the staff of a locomotive depot,using chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression method,we extracted the relevant information from the physical examination data and lifestyle survey data according to the unified standard,and made a statistical descriptive analysis.Results:In 2023,the obesity rate of a railway maintenance section employee was 22.5%,21.3%for employees aged 29 years and younger,26.4%for employees aged 30-39 years,24.6%for employees aged 40-49 years,and 19.1%for employees aged 50 years and older.There was an association between obesity and a high risk of developing dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia,and hypertension(all P<0.05).Older age and more than 1 h of exercise per session were protective factors for obesity,and having chronic diseases,a family history,smoking,and a high number of weekly drinks were risk factors for obesity.Conclusion:The obesity situation of railroad workers is not optimistic,and the health management of workers should be strengthened to advocate a healthy lifestyle and improve the health level of workers in the engine section.
