摘 要:为了研究斜补偿器内部捣打料在振动成型过程中的成型工艺参数,文中以振动成型的工艺参数影响为起点,应用离散元法为仿真手段,通过振动工艺参数单因素试验及多因素正交试验对振动成型工艺参数对成型效果的影响进行研究,利用田口法对正交结果进行分析,结果表明:斜补偿器内部防火材料填充过程中可以通过振动成型来提升填充密度,捣打料的振动成型过程中,捣打料颗粒密实度在一定范围内随着振动频率、振幅的增加而增加,随着振动时间的增加,增量不明显,反而会产生颗粒对流分层现象。最后得出振动成型效果最优时的振动工艺参数。In order to study the molding process parameters of the ramming material inside the skew compensator in the process of vibration molding,this paperuses the discrete element method as the simulation method,and studies the influence of vibration molding process parameters on the molding effect through single factor test and multi-factor orthogonal test of vibration process parameters.Taguchi method is used to analyze the orthogonal results.The results are as follows:in the filling process of the fireproof material inside the inclined compensator,the filling density can be improved by vibration molding.In the process of vibration molding of the ramming material,the particle density of the ramming material increases with the increase of vibration frequency and amplitude within a certain range.With the increase of vibration time,the increment is not obvious,but the particle convection stratification will occur.The vibration process parameters are obtained when the vibration molding effect is optimal.
