摘  要:发动机线束是发动机的神经传输系统,作用在于传递或交换电气系统的电源或数据信号。为了解决现有的技术问题,设计出了混纺荧光指示线的编织布保护线束,主要解决了线束的质量过重、线束受温度的影响而寿命变短、线束保护外壳的颜色单一较难区分、存在可靠性和易开线等问题。通过在线束本体之外编织形成布料式护套,并且套中含有荧光丝线,提高了线束外壳的辨识度,在基础单丝表面镀设有导热层,线束每个分支的地方设置限位套,这些设计极大提高了线束外壳对线束的保护,使其一体性好、不易磨损、辨识度高,具有一定弹性,而且避免断裂,便于热量的导送和防止杂质,增加了各个分叉处的可靠性和易清洗性。The engine wiring harness is the nerve transmission system of the engine,which serves to transmit or exchange the power or data signals of the electrical system.In order to solve the existing technical problems,a braided cloth protective wire harness made of blended fluorescent indicator wire is designed,which mainly solves the problems of excessive weight of the wire harness,low life span of the wire harness affected by temperature,single color of the protective housing of the wire harness which is more difficult to differentiate,and the problems of reliability and easy to open the wire.Outside the harness body is woven fabric type sheath,and the sheath contains a fluorescent wire to improve the recognition of the harness shell,in the basic monofilament surface plating with a heat-conductive layer,each branch of the harness is set in the place of the limit set.These designs greatly improve the protection of the harness housing to the harness,so that it has a good integration,not easy to wear and tear,high visibility,a certain degree of elasticity of the advantages,which makes it to avoid breakage,to facilitate the conduction of heat and to prevent impurities,increasing the reliability of the bifurcation of each branch and easy to clean.
