摘 要:针对目前各类锁芯设计缺陷带来的容易破解、市场覆盖面较窄问题,设计一款安全等级高且能够覆盖更多安全等级的机关模块化机械锁。分析几款较为成功的机械锁结构的优缺点,提出改进思路,进而提出“摩擦”式锁芯结构,利用锁芯和钥匙的锥度配合,推动机关配合运作,机关复杂多变,不同锥度段可以使用不同机关;锥度的配合能够提供足够的摩擦力,驱动锁芯转动,同时,锥度的准确配合是打开机械锁的关键,想要破解锥度并实现开锁是较为困难的,“摩擦”式锁芯的设计创新了开锁方式,同时和传统钥匙使用体验几乎一致。与传统机械锁相比,“摩擦”式锁芯结构简单,模块化设计能够覆盖更多安全等级和各价位消费市场,装配容易,能够实现量产并具有通用性。In response to the current design defects of various types of lock cores that make them easy to crack and the problem of narrow market coverage,this paper designs a modular mechanical lock with high security level and wider range of applicable security levels.The advantages and disadvantages of several successful mechanical lock structures are analyzed,and improvement ideas are proposed.A friction-style lock core structure is then proposed,which utilizes the taper fit between the lock core and key to drive the coupling operation of the mechanism.The mechanism is complex and versatile,and different mechanisms can be used in different taper sections.The taper fit can provide sufficient friction to drive the lock core to rotate,and the accurate taper fit is the key to opening the mechanical lock.Cracking the taper to unlock the friction-style lock core is relatively difficult,and its innovative design has opened up a completely new way of unlocking,while providing a user experience almost identical to traditional keys.Compared with traditional mechanical locks,the friction-style lock core structure is simple,and the modular design enables coverage of a wider range of security levels and consumer markets at all price points.It is easy to assemble,and can be mass-produced and widely used.
