摘  要:针对现有固定式测量表座的使用局限性和环保性,设计了一款结构简单便于移动的多用途高精度千分表表座。该表座配合测量台、块规、V块等,能进行零件的尺寸检测、形位公差检测等。表座的滑座上下调节采用快速定位及旋转压紧设计,滑座上的千分表夹头微调旋钮,能实现千分表测量头微米级上下调整,在检测中提高了测量效率和检测精度。在表座的结构设计上也考虑了产品和使用者之间的关系,零部件在满足工作原理的同时也兼顾了后期的维护与更换,例如:底座前端的导向块设计为可360°旋转使用,当局部磨损以后,可以松动螺丝,旋转一定角度,再次使用新的面进行定位与导向,从而提高了定位精度和零件的周期寿命。In view of the limitations and environmental protection of the existing fixed gauge holder,a multi-purpose high-precision dial gauge holder with simple structure and easy to move is designed.The gauge holder is used in conjunction with measuring tables,block gauges,V-blocks,etc.,and can be used for dimensional inspection and geometric tolerance testing of parts.The vertical adjustment of the gauge holder adopts the design of fast positioning and rotary compression,and the dial gauge chuck fine-tuning knob on the slide can realize the micron-level vertical adjustment of the dial gauge measuring head,which improves the measurement efficiency and detection accuracy in the detection.For example,the guide block at the front end of the base is designed to be rotated 360°,and after the local wear,the screw can be loosened and rotated at a certain angle to use the new surface for positioning and guidance,so as to improve the positioning accuracy and the cycle life of the part.
