摘  要:PAPS平移长线圈磁测系统是为消除原系统缺陷而设计的新系统。文中对该系统的丝杆、电动机等关键参数进行了分析计算,通过ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对关键的线圈支撑结构进行了静力学分析、模态分析及谐响应分析,优化了结构设计,降低了支撑结构的最大挠度与线圈转角,保证了磁场测量精度。经过实际测试,定位精度达到±2.7μm,重复定位精度达到±0.8μm,磁场重复测量精度误差降低到5‰,达到设计要求。The PAPS long-coil magnet measurement system is modification of its previous generation device.This paper presents calculation of important parameters of the system,including a precision ball-bearing screw and a DC brushless geared-motor,etc.In addition,a coil-support structure of the system is analyzed and optimized by static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic analysis based on ANSYS Workbench software,the maximum deflection of the support structure and the coil rotation angle are both reduced,and the accuracy of magnetic field measurement is ensured.Tests of the system prove that the position accuracy achieves±2.7μm,the repeated positioning precision achieves±0.8μm,and repeated precision of the magnetic measurement is reduced to only 5‰,which meet the design requirements.
