摘　　要：针对透平膨胀机转子螺纹副连接定心可靠性差、重复性低等问题,从装配结构优化、装配工艺设计、定位导向面抗磨保护等方面进行了研究,设计了合理的导向配合结构、制定了标准化工艺流程,提出了螺纹副连接精密装配重复性保障的解决策略。旨在实现某型膨胀机转子拆装后精度保持的可靠性与重复性,并以此提升该型设备的稳定性。To solve the problems of poor centering reliability and low repeatability of the threaded connection of the turbine expander rotor,this paper researches the optimization of the assembly structure,the design of the assembly process,and the anti-wear protection of the locating guide surface.Reasonable guiding fit structure is designed,standardized process flow is formulated,and solution strategies for threaded connection precision assembly repeatability guarantee are put forward.The purpose of this study is to realize the reliability and repeatability of precision maintenance after disassembling and assembling a certain type of expander rotor,and to improve the stability of this type of equipment.
