摘　　要：针对新的预制成型礼品盒无法在传统的烟草包装机械上进行包装的问题,设计了一种双通道小包分垛及冲填装置,可适配于双通道形式的异形烟包包装生产线。该装置主要由小包分垛装置、小包冲填装置及控制系统等部分组成,可与主机联机实现预制条盒装填生产线上的二五平包烟包分垛及小包入盒冲填功能。文中介绍了该装置小包冲填结构及系统相关控制原理。To solve the problem that the new prefabricated gift boxes can not be packaged on the traditional tobacco packaging machinery,this paper designs a kind of two-channel packing and punching device for small packets,which can be adapted to the special-shaped cigarette packet packing production line with double-channel form.The device is mainly composed of bale splitting device,bale filling device and control system.It can be connected with the main machine to realize the functions of bale splitting and bale filling in the prefabricated strip packing line.The packing structure of the packet and the related control principle of the system are emphatically introduced.
