摘  要:油封接头是在发动机油封时作为加注滑油的接口,近几年主机单位在使用过程中频繁发生接头堵盖处渗油故障。从油封接头结构来看,借鉴了典型的74°锥面密封型式进行设计,由于配合形式特殊,即便降低配合面粗糙度,在定力安装的条件下依然出现了泄漏现象。试验过程中发现,当配合锥面表面粗糙度达到Ra0.4μm以下的条件下才能实现密封,但是加工难度太高,最终通过在配合螺纹部位涂抹耐油密封润滑脂的方法,有效解决了油封接头漏油的故障。Oil seal connector is used as an interface for filling lubricating oil when engine oil sealing.In recent years,in the process of using the host unit,the oil seepage failure at the plug cover of the joint appears frequently.The structural design of the oil seal joint draws on the typical 74°taper seal type.Due to the special form of fit,even if the roughness of the mating surface is reduced,the leakage phenomenon still occurs under the condition of constant force installation.During the test,it is found that the seal can only be realized when the surface roughness of the mating taper surface reached Ra0.4μm or less,but the machining difficulty is too high.In the end,by applying oil-resistant sealing grease to the mating threads,the oil leakage problem of the oil seal joint is effectively solved.
