摘 要:蒸汽吞吐是实现稠油开采的重要方式。为保证蒸汽吞吐过程中蒸汽注入量的精细可调和均匀注入,稠油生产通路在蒸汽注入阶段应保持关闭,在生产阶段保持开启。针对上述需求,提出一种新型热采生产阀,其具有单向通路功能。文中首先对热采生产阀的结构进行说明,对机构的开启压力进行分析,采用金属面接触实现密封。然后采用Fluent软件进行流体仿真,求解生产阀流量和压差的关系,并对生产阀在超高黏度稠油条件下的采液能力进行分析。最后,通过试验测试对机构的功能实现进行验证,并采用常温清水作为介质,对仿真求解出的流量与压差关系进行验证。该研究为热采生产阀的设计提供了理论和测试依据,并对其实际应用的可行性进行了验证。Steam stimulation is an important way to achieve heavy oil recovery.To ensure the precise and uniform injection of steam during steam stimulation,the heavy oil production pathway remains closed during the steam injection phase and remains open during the production phase.In response to the above requirements,a new type of thermal recovery production valve is designed,which has a one-way passage function.This paper explains the structure of the thermal recovery production valve,analyzes the opening pressure of the mechanism,and uses metal surface contact to achieve sealing.Then,Fluent software is used for fluid simulation to solve the relationship between production valve flow rate and pressure difference,and the production valve production capacity of heavy oil at ultra-high viscosity is analyzed.Finally,the functionality of the mechanism is verified through experimental testing,and the relationship between flow rate and pressure difference calculated through simulation is verified using room temperature clean water as the medium.This research provides theoretical and testing basis for the design of thermal recovery production valves,and verifies the feasibility of their practical application.
