摘  要:在地震激励下,建筑结构构件一般承受三向地震作用。对于足尺或大型结构构件,一般所承受的地震力在数值上比较大,当前的结构加载系统难以实现对大型构件的三向地震模拟加载。在二维多功能结构加载系统(2D-MUST)的基础上,研发大型多功能三维结构加载系统(3D-MUST)。该系统可以实现对足尺结构柱的三向同步、独立加载,三向最大载荷分别为X向:400t(±400mm),Y向:200t(±400mm),Z向:1000t(±300mm),可开展静力试验和混合模拟试验。水平双向协同加载路径包括对角线、矩形、菱形、圆形等,可以在软件操作界面进行预定义。研发混合模拟试验模块可开展子结构混合模拟试验。为验证加载系统的工作性能,设计制作一足尺H型钢柱,分别开展不同路径的静力加载试验和混合模拟试验。在静力试验中,目标路径与实际路径吻合较好。在混合模拟试验中,H型钢柱为一5层2跨钢结构房屋的底层中柱,通过输入三向地震波,观测该柱在地震作用下的结构反应,同时考核试验系统的可靠性。3D-MUST可较方便地对各种大型结构构件开展结构和抗震性能试验研究。Structural components normally suffer three-dimensional(3D)actions under earthquake excitation.The magnitude of the inertia load is generally large such that it is hard to be reproduced by the current earthquake loading facilities.A 3D multi-usage structural testing(3D-MUST)system was developed on the basis of the 2D-MUST system.The developed testing facility is able to provide independent 3D loading with peak load of 400 t,200 t,and 1000 t,in X,Y,and Z directions.Diagonal,rectangular,diamond,and cyclic loading routes can be defined with the controlling software package.The loading protocols a hybrid simulation module is developed to communicate with the control system of the facility.To validate the working performance of the facility,static and hybrid tests of a full-scale H-shape steel column was carried out.In the static loading tests,the target and real loading routes agreed well with each other.In the hybrid simulation,the specimen was considered to be the middle column of a 2-bay,5-story steel building.The seismic responses were obtained under 3D earthquake excitations.The 3D-MUST system was proved to be reliable and appliable to the seismic loading tests of the large structural components.
